Our four core Paths (courses) improve skills that drive business results. The program is completely customizable - you can choose one, mix and match, or go in on all four.

Before anyone starts a HI-MAP course, they must complete a training session on Understanding the Behavioral Styles and Driving Forces. Additionally, all participants begin with their own DISC + Driving Forces assessment to help them optimize their work activities.
